Okay, so to save any confusion I thought I would do a post to explain the 'Custom' process here at Sunset Clothing.
It begins with a consultation with either Tammy or Nicola. We currently are working out of local store Russell Costumes, so all consultations or fittings are done professionally, just as you would at any other store.
This is where you sit down and show any designs you like or styles you would prefer. In front of you, we put your thoughts onto paper and sketch up what your design will look like when finished so we are all on the same page. It is at this point that we would also explain any costing and require a £20 deposits with final balance due on collection.
We tend to have a 3-5 week turn around for garments, if you require yours any sooner, please ask enquire when booking you consultation. Most of the time we can meet demands, however definitely check before booking in.
We would then book you in for a mid-way fitting. This is were we check how the fit is coming along and if any tweaks need to be made. I stress the word tweaks, not complete remakes.
